1962 Fender Bass VI

images via this auction

"1962 Fender Bass VI Baritone guitar. Made in 1962, not a reissue or relic. This is the early; 3 switch, slab board version, Jack Bruce from Cream played one just like this. This instrument is Clean! and 100% All original, no issues or stories. I would rate it at a solid 9 condition (from 1-10) some wear on the back top edge, minor nicks here and there but that is it. Neck date 86XXX, the pot dates are 18th week of 62’ neck date is March 62’. The solder joints and frets (in great shape) are original. The pickup read out at: 6.17 k, 6.29 k, and 6.23k they are a very well balanced set of pickups. It weighs 8 Lbs 8 Oz. Comes with the original Tremolo arm, bridge cover and a clean brown case. The pickups are the Early style with the chrome surround, all the pickups work, they are Full and Robust sounding, none of the pickups are Micro-Phonic."
