1958 Vintage Fender Stratocaster Strat

via this auction
"1958 Stratocaster. This guitar is all original right down to the screws... 1958 was cool for Fender in a few unique ways. This was the first year they introduced the now famous Three Tone Sunburst finish. It was also the first year the neck shape graduated from it's classic V Shape, to the slimmer D Shape. They also introduced the Speghetti style logo on the headstock, as it's beautifully displayed on this guitar. The neck and frets have never been refinished, or replaced, they are all original and show minimal signs of wear. I played the guitar for about a half hour to verify this. It really plays amazingly well for being a Fifty year old guitar. All of the pickups work as they should. It comes with the stock 3-way pickup selector. The volume pot is a little scratchy, but that's to be expected. This is the Tremolo version of the guitar, but it does not come with the original Tremolo Arm."
