via this auction

"100% original, EXC++ condition, rare one piece ash body, flamed headstock and ash grain body, rare original translucent blond finish (no touch-ups or over spray), lightweight 7.4lbs, untouched solder joints, under the hood it looks like it did when it left the Fender factory 56 years ago, body trem cavity marked 11/57,neck marked 3-58, neck pocket penciled B, pots marked 304723, switch marked CRL1452, (back of neck plate marked –24696) neck PU 5.74ohms, middle PU 5.84ohms, bridge PU 5.67 ohms, plastic parts, neck profile is rounded C shape with ever-so-slight V and gets a little slimmer as you go up the neck, a little belt buckle wear on back of body and some headstock decal wear, comes with clean tweed case, ash tray and trem bar.

This instrument has been lovingly cared for and in my personal collection for many years. A long time ago I bought it from a wealthy bond trader in Canada who had a multi-million dollar burst collection and never sold anything. A month after I bought the guitar, the seller contacted me and begged me to sell it back to him for a higher price, but I chose to keep it because it’s so sweet! After all, it is extremely rare, all original, excellent plus condition, light weight, plays perfectly, and sounds amazing!

If you want to own one of the best Strats on the planet, and can afford to own the best, this one is for you."
